The blank is extruded from the extruder through the inner and outer die of the double layer pipe die head. Double layer pipe die head is suitable for HDPE and PP materials. Die head is fixed on the die head bracket, and die head replacement is simple and quick. Suba die head short channel design (shorten about 25%), effectively lower down the melt pressure, achieves low temperature low pressure extrusion, production efficiency increases 25%; The low extrusion melt pressure reduces requirement of parts, the material leakage risk at the connection is greatly reduced. The double channel starts from the die head body and reaches the die exit, it achieves multi extruders extrude two layers. The optimized design of double layer pipe die head, the inner and outer wall thickness adjustment is very stable and convenient, which achieves dynamic adjustment, no need to stop extruders, no need to loosen any fastening screws, shorten adjustment time and reduce the material leakage risk.

The vacuum and inflation technology work together to ensure the rapid pipe forming. The center height of different sizes is consistent; Changing sizes only need to replace moulds, no need to adjust the corrugator platform. Patented closed loop water cooling system; Moulds replacement only by loosening or tightening the screws and turning the eccentric disk, there is no any water tubes connected to the moulds, moulds replacement no need to plug and unplug the water tube, 50% time saving for sizes replacement. Corrugator left and right racks are electrically opened and closed freely, which is convenient for equipment inspection and maintenance, and the equipment structure is more stable and easier to operate. Patented mould cooling system, one end of the hose runs continuously and synchronously with the moulds, the other end rotates around the fixed axis. The optimized mould cooling system ensures that the inertia impact of the equipment is minimized, which is especially suitable for high speed production and ensures a longer service life. The length of the moulds cooling water inlet and outlet tube is no longer limited by the specification of moulds, the inlet and outlet tubes are arranged more closely, which avoid equipment damage and the water leakage risk caused by tubes stuck between adjacent moulds.

During the extrusion process the plasticized material is extruded into the forming channel. The forming of the pipe can be supported and optimized by using vacuum in the moulds. Aluminum alloy has best thermal conductivity which achieves high cooling efficiency and fast forming of pipes. Mould surface has taken harden treatment, the hardened layer has high strength and long service life; Optimized cooling chamber ensures biggest cooling sectional area which makes sure the cooling water has sufficient contact surface with the moulds, cooling efficiency is high; Moulds are customized according to customers requirements about the different stiffness and pipe profile; Online socket and spigot production, easy pipe connection.


Double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line 304 stainless steel cooling tank secondary cool and shape the pipes.
